Where are you? 

We located in North Lanarkshire, Central Scotland.  We are approx. 20 minutes from Glasgow, 30 minutes from Edinburgh and an hour from Carlisle.

What's included in the rental of the venue? 

The rental includes full private use of the venue and all the toys and equipment (with the exception of the Vac bed which is an extra charge and only for those experienced in using such equipment).  It also has its own kitchen and shower room.  

Complimentary tea's, a variety of coffees, hot chocolate and bottled water are available, along with some sweet treats for that needed sugar boost after play. 

We provide a range of condoms in standard size, lubes and nitrile disposable gloves in small, medium and large. (Should you require anything over and above the standard that we provide i.e. larger condoms, please bring your own. You are also welcome to bring any of your own toys or equipment)

Our kitchen has plates and cutlery, glasses, a fridge, microwave and toaster, along with a seating area for dining.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a TV with firestick, and bluetooth speak for playing your own choice of music.  Fresh fluffy towels are available in the shower room, along with complimentary toiletries.  

For those guests stopping overnight, quality bedding is included. We do not provide food or breakfast but there is information on local recommendations when you arrive at the venue. 

Why won't you provide me the address in advance? 

We are a small business who prides itself on discretion and privacy for its clients.  Therefore we do not make our address publicly available until after you have booked and paid in full.  The address will then be emailed to you no later than 48 hours before your booking date and time. 

Is there parking at the venue/nearby? 

We do not have dedicated private parking, however parking is available on the street outside the address and surrounding streets if the area is busy.

I'm concerned about privacy, is the venue discreet? 

The venue is discreet and from the outside has the impression of a private studio with no reference to kink. Please be conscious of your behaviour and appearance when entering and leaving the facility so that we can retain discretion and respect in our neighbourhood.

If any neighbours happen to see you enter the building there is no need to be concerned as we are known in the area as a private filming and photography studio and they will presume you are coming to use the space for these purposes. 

To help us retain the discreetness of our venue, please do not share the address with anyone who is not in attendance.  Please dress discretely when you arrive, not in obvious fetish wear. Dress as you would in the streets.  Should you wish to change inside the venue, please factor this into the length of time of your booking.  Finally please have respect for our neighbours, keep conversations on non BDSM subjects when in communal areas. Do not use the name “Lanarkshire Dungeon” anywhere outside the venue.

How much noise can I make? 

The venue is a detatched property and we have made every effort to sound proof the main play areas, however we ask you to be considerate when making noise as no sound proofing is 100%. Please keep noise to a moderate level. Noise can be made within reason, but we are on a residential street so care and consideration must be given for our neighbours sake and for the safety and sustainability of the venue.  Do play music to break up the sound created from noisier scenes.

Whats the minimum length of booking? 

We have a 2 hour minimum booking. 

Whats the maximum capacity of the venue? 

Our standard rates are for 2 guests. Additional guests cost £30 per person and the maximum is 4 for both hourly and full day sessions.

Overnight bookings have a maximum of 2 guests.  This is purely down to sleeping accomodation within the venue.

Can I smoke inside the venue? 

No I'm sorry, I'm afraid not.  Our venue is strictly no smoking.  Should you wish to smoke then you will need to do it outside.  Please also keep this to a minimum to avoid impacting our neighbours.  Please also be fully dressed in non fetish wear/vanilla clothing so not to draw attention to the venue. 

Are certain messy activities allowed - watersports and waxplay? 

Water sports are allowed, we have a water sport sheet with a rim in the studio.  

We do not allow wax play though.  Candles are too much of a risk of fire.

We do not permit blood sports. 

Can the venue be used for filming and photoshoots? 

Absolutely!

Can I bring my own equipment? 

Absolutely!  

Can i hire the venue for parties? 

I'm afraid that we don't offer this service, purely because of the risk of increased noise and damage.  

Is the space wheel chair accessible and/or accessible? 

Unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible.  We have shuttered doors at the entrance which limits the width and also two steps into the property from the street access. 

Once inside the property, we are all on one level with the acceptation of one step from the kitchen area to the main large play space.

We can make arrangements/adjustments where possible to meet your needs, and can organise to meet you in the space to try it out before booking to play.

Can you provide a Dominant/submissive for me to play with?

We are only a venue, we do not have ‘house dommes’ or other providers and do not manage peoples bookings. You will need to book directly with person of your choice.

Whats your cleaning protocol? 

Hygiene within the venue is maintained to the highest standards and we leave 2 hours between bookings to allow us ample time to make sure the venue is thoroughly disinfected.  

We use medical grade disinfectant.

Toys - It is not recommended to share intimate toys. For this reason it is a requirement that everyone in the space must use condoms on anything inserted.  We do have a supply condoms available.

We ask visitors to remove all condoms from toys after use and place them in the bins provided. Place the used toys in the dirty toys bin also provided. 

After every hire we rewash the used toys and then sterilise them with hospital grade barbicide. Barbicide kills HIV (aids virus), Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C viruses.
