Terms and Conditions

By placing a booking you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 You agree to our cancellation policy which is as follows;

  • Cancellation up to 1 week in advance – your deposit is non refundable, however it can be transferred to another booking within 3 months of the original booking date without any additional fees.
  • Cancellation 5-7 days in advance – your deposit is non refundable, however it can be transferred to another booking within 3 months of the original booking date for a £30 administration fee
  • Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 5 days of the booking date – your deposit is non refundable. A new deposit will need to be paid for the next booking.
  • If you choose to pay the full amount of the booking rather than a 50% deposit then the full fee is still classified as a deposit and the above cancellation policy still applies.
  • The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 5 days before the commencement of your booking.  Should your payment not be received or we have not received any form of contact from yourself, then we will consider your appointment cancelled and your deposit is non refundable. 
  1. You accept all liability for any personal injury or fatalities occurring whilst at the venue.
  2. We are not liable for any damage to or loss of equipment brought into the space
  3. All guests are at least 18 years old
  4. We are a small business who prides itself on discretion and privacy for its clients.  Therefore we do not make our address publicly available until after you have booked and paid in full.  The address will then be emailed to you no later than 48 hours before your booking date and time. .
  5. Do not share the address with anyone who is not in attendance
  6. Arrive dressed discretely, not in obvious fetish wear. Dress as you would in the streets.
  7. Have respect for our neighbours, keep conversations on non BDSM subjects when in communal areas. Do not use the name “Lanarkshire Dungeon” anywhere outside the venue.
  8. Do not loiter around outside, if you arrive early go for a walk in the surrounding streets
  9. Bookings are for a maximum of 2 people unless agreed otherwise and the additional person(s) fee paid.  
  10. Please be mindful of noise when playing. We are a detached property and have soundproofed the Dungeon to the best of our ability but we do still have neighbours who we do not want to upset, so no sustained loud noise.
  11. You agree to clean up after yourself, to leave the place in a similar state to how you found it, with used toys cleaned and left in the "dirty" box, dishes washed, used fabrics bundled up ready to be laundered.
  12. Use kit responsibly, report any breakages. We understand wear and tear happens but you will be charged for anything broken due to improper use during your visit
  13. You are required to cover any toys going on intimate areas with condoms. When you are done please remove and dispose of the condom and wrappers and wipe down the toy with a medical grade disinfectant wipe.
  14. You agree not to smoke in the Dungeon, nor bring or use any illegal substances, and to use alcohol responsibly.
  15. Let us know if you are running late. If we have no heard from you within 20 minutes of your booking start time we will close up and leave.  Should this happen then any monies paid will be forfeit. 
  16. You agree to be finished within 15 minute of your end time. Our staff will come in at this time to start cleaning and prepping the venue for the next booking
